Privacy

The client portal, account sign-in, and automatic Simple Site checkout closed on September 22, 2026. Previous test account and project records are retained privately for recovery; the public inquiry form remains available. The account and project descriptions below describe retained records, not currently available portal features.

What this site stores

Inquiries include the contact and business details you submit, your selected package, and your payment preference. Jacob also keeps private conversation notes, inquiry stages, and follow-up dates to respond to prospective clients. Client accounts store your name, email, a protected password, project membership, files, comments, approvals, and billing references. Essential session cookies keep you signed in.

If you use Google sign-in, the studio stores your Google account identifier, verified email address, and name to create and recognize your client account. Sign-in requests only basic identity information, not access to Gmail or Drive. Temporary security cookies protect the sign-in process. Google access and refresh tokens are not retained.

Simple Site orders also record the package scope you accepted, your business name, payment references, receipt link, and any refund. Automatic project creation is no longer offered.

Website review drafts, proposal details, and conversation records help Jacob prepare and track agreed work. Project tasks record requests, assignments, due dates, and completion. Studio-only notes and tasks are not shown in client workspaces.

How it is used

Your information is used to respond to inquiries, deliver your projects, maintain an approval history, and manage billing. Project information is available to Jacob and authorized contacts at your business. It is not published as portfolio content automatically.

Services involved

The website is hosted on Vercel, with Cloudflare providing DNS and connection routing. Private project records and files are stored on Jacob’s server. Stripe processes payments; this application does not store card numbers. Email providers deliver account and project notifications.

Your choices

With your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure public page visits and steps toward an inquiry or Simple Site purchase. It stays off until you select Allow analytics. After you decline, the floating control disappears from other pages. Return to this Privacy page and use Analytics choices at the bottom to change your choice or withdraw permission; withdrawing clears this site’s Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control override permission. The private portal is excluded.

This integration sends fixed event names and package categories, clean page paths and fixed page titles, and referrer origins. It does not send names, email addresses, form text, project IDs, query strings, or URL fragments. Google may process device, browser, and network information when the tag loads. Google advertising features and signals are disabled. Analytics permission is stored in your browser. Google Analytics has separate data processing and retention settings from the studio’s aggregate counters; see Google’s privacy policy.

Public pages use Vercel Web Analytics for page views, traffic sources, device categories, and package and inquiry events. Vercel Speed Insights measures page performance. These tools do not load in the client portal or checkout, and do not receive form contents from this integration. Page URLs are stripped of query strings and fragments. Both respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Vercel uses cookie-free aggregated statistics with short-lived visitor hashes; its processing is described in Vercel’s analytics privacy documentation.

Separately, the studio counts package views and choices, inquiry starts and submissions, checkout visits, sign-in attempts, successful Google client sign-ins and account creation to improve the site. These are daily aggregate counts, kept for up to 90 days, without visitor identifiers, analytics cookies, form contents, or browsing histories. Browser activity respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Confirmed purchases are counted from payment records; billing records have their own retention requirements.

Contact Jacob through your existing project conversation or the inquiry form to request access, correction, or deletion. Records needed for active projects, billing, or resolving disputes may need to be retained. Backups are protected and are not public.
